Refund Policy

At CCTVLINK, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective CCTV camera or related equipment, or if the wrong product is delivered, you are eligible for a full refund. Additionally, unopened products returned in their original packaging within [specify number of days, e.g., 30 days] from the date of purchase are also eligible for a refund. However, we do not issue refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, or for items returned without their original packaging and accessories. Products purchased on sale or clearance are also non-refundable.

Provide your order number, receipt, and a description of the issue. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product. For defective or incorrect products, CCTVLINK, will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an unopened product for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
